Banana chicken blossom salad

  • 150 thin slice of banana blossom (soak in lime juice water)
  • 5 tbsp teak trei mteh (chili dressing)
  • 10 pcs sweet basil leave
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanut crush
  • 50 gr cooked chicken breast
  • 15 gr shallots, sliced
  • 20 gr carrot


  • 1. Thin slice of banana blossom and sock in side with lime juice water about 10 minutes and then strained it out from lime water.
    2. Put the slice banana in a mixing bowl, chicken breast, basil, dressing all together, mixes it well or adjusts seasoning to taste.
    3. Remove from mixing bowl put it in serving bowl arrange nicely, top with roasted peanut.
