Nhoam Choumrous: Mixed vegetable shrimp salad

Ingredients

  • 100 gr makong shrimp
  • 50 gr cucumber julienned
  • 20 gr carrot julienned
  • 20 gr cabbage julienned
  • 20 gr long leaf
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanut
  • 10-15 pcs sweet basil
  • 4 tbsp chili dressing

Instructions

  • 1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then adding 3 tbs of Khmer dressing and mix well. Or adjust seasoning to taste
    2. Then arrange in a bowl.
    3. Sprinkle crushed peanut on the top.
    4. You are ready to serve.
