Sach chrouk a’ong: Grilled pork tenderloin honey

  • 200 gr sliced pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce


  • 1. Put the sliced pork tenderloin in a bowl, then add salt, honey, sugar, oyster sauce, a little oil to make the meat softer and let marinate for 2 minutes.
    2. Then on the heat with a hot skillet, add the pork tenderloin on one side until it is brown, then turn over on the other side until both sides are well colored.
    3. Remove from heat and place on the plate.
    4. Serve with raw vegetables and pickle.
