Tom yum seafood soup

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces kaffir leaf
- 2 slice galangal
- 1 piece lemon grass break and cut into 2
- 200 gr seafood
- 1 piece tomato cut into 8
- 30 gr onion cut thin slice
- 50 gr mushroom
- 1 piece Tum Yam paste
- 1 piece hot chili
- 3 pic long mint
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 5 ladles good water
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan over the heat, add 5 ladles of water, then put Tom Yum paste, lemongrass, kaffir leaf, garlic, ginger, sweet pepper, galangal and mix for 1 minute.2. When the water is boiling, add mushrooms, seafood and wait 2 or 3 minutes. Then add sliced tomato and lemon, ½ teaspoon of sugar and salt. Allow to heat for 1 minute, then adjust seasoning to taste.3. Remove from heat and put in a serving bowl. Finally add on the top the basil and long mint chopped.
